Refund policy

At LAMSA AMERICA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging, labels, tags, and seals must remain intact.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These may include cosmetics, skincare products, personal care products, vitamins, supplements, wellness products, food or consumable products, earrings, hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale.

Kamsha purchases may include a curated assortment or bundle of products. Individual items from a Kamsha bundle cannot be returned separately unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by LAMSA AMERICA.

Original shipping charges, international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

International customers are responsible for complying with import, customs, and delivery requirements in their destination country.
