Shipping policy

LAMSA AMERICA ships orders from the United States to eligible domestic and international destinations.

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, carrier delays, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances outside the control of LAMSA AMERICA.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout whenever available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, or other government fees imposed by the destination country. Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LAMSA AMERICA does not control customs fees, import requirements, or customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may legally be imported into their destination country. Certain products, including beauty products, supplements, food items, liquids, aerosols, batteries, or other regulated goods, may be subject to shipping or import restrictions.

If an item cannot legally or safely be shipped to the customer’s destination, LAMSA AMERICA may cancel that item or order and issue the applicable refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LAMSA AMERICA is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.

If tracking indicates that a package is delayed or lost, LAMSA AMERICA may assist with a carrier investigation. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customs clearance is controlled by the authorities of the destination country. LAMSA AMERICA cannot guarantee customs clearance or delivery timeframes for international shipments.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other required charges were not paid, any refund may be reduced by shipping, return shipping, customs, carrier, or other charges incurred by LAMSA AMERICA.
